Patient-Reported Outcome Measurements (PROMs) enable care givers to compare and improve patient health gains through data-driven communities of practice. This collaborative improvement dynamics reinspires healthcare professionals, helping them refocus on the appropriateness of care. Beyond routine care, the adoption of Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) creates a new generation of clinical studies and economic models incentivizing patient outcomes in real-life.
However, PROM implementation raises scientific and operational challenges ranging from standardization, data digitization, patient case-mix adjustments and data integrity. To address these challenges, the Chair of VBHC at Université Paris Cité School of Medicine is organizing this third international conference as part of its VBHC University Diploma. We invite you to join leaders from public and private organizations to discuss use cases and the impact of patient outcomes on healthcare system transformation.
